Just a quick reminder today is going to be a hot one, Please Please Please do not think about taking your dog for a walk today.
Keep them safe at home in the shade with plenty of water, even a paddling pool i know my crazy spaniels will be in theirs !!!

Over the next few days the weather is forecast 25 degrees++. Even temperatures above 20 degrees can put some dogs at risk if over exerted.
🆘We can’t stress enough the importance of reminding you how to deal with your animals in the heat.
🆘We still see cases of heat stroke and it is PREVENTABLE!
🆘Don’t take your dogs out in this weather, especially at the hottest times of the day (10am-7pm – later on some days). It’s not worth the risk!!! Leave them at home.
❌NEVER leave dogs in cars.
🆘Make sure your small animals have shade and cool, fresh water.
There are many ways to cool your animals down in the hot weather. If you need any advice please contact us!

Signs include panting excessively or struggles with breathing, increased body temperature, drooling and sometimes vomiting. This can lead to collapse, seizures and death.
