Hi I’m Gemma, the owner of Fortiscorde Dog Grooming.

Dogs are my passion! So much so that in 2011, after leaving school, I attended Evesham college to study Animal Care Level 1 and 2 which I proudly passed both with a Distinction. In 2014 I completed Level 2 and 3 dog grooming courses again passing both with Distinctions. Since then I have worked in a number of top dog grooming salons building my experience with all different breeds of dogs. I am also trained in dog first-aid.

In January 2019 when I started my maternity leave, many thoughts were running through my head and I knew it was time for me to set up my own business and pursue my dream in owning my own Dog Grooming Salon, working from my home to meet my new family’s needs.

I believe Dog Grooming can be a luxury for your dog, but it is also important for the dogs welfare; keeping them well groomed and feeling their best. With 13 years of experience handling dogs, animal welfare is at the forefront of everything I do. Every dog that visits our salon will be treated like one of our own.
